This can be listed in the Directory of Street Artists or the Directory of Promoters. You can create multiple profiles if you represent more than one organisation.

Images and videos for the website

You will not be able to add images or videos to the website yourself. If you would like to have an image on the website please note the following:

  • Artists Directory: You can send up to 6 images. If you do not have a photograph that you want to display you can send a copy of your logo, or you can leave it blank.
  • Promoters / Professionals Directory: You can send 1 image. If you do not have a photograph that you want to display you can send a copy of your logo, or you can leave it blank.
  • Images can be either landscape or portrait .
  • You can send either a gif or jpg image at 72 dpi.
  • The image size must be no more than 222 pixel square.

Please take the time to check that the image size meets this specification, as we will not be able to amend pictures that are too big. Please email the image(s) to info@xtrax.org.uk

VIDEOS:
Artists: If you would like to send us videos for the site please download the attached documents which contain all the information you need about how to send your material to us. Please read it carefully and be sure to sign the consent form.

Data protection statement

The information you supply will be held by XTRAX on our online virtual showcase database. The details you provide will be visible online to anyone who has registered on the XTRAX website. If you register as an artist then those details will also be visible to the public. XTRAX may use your details to send you information about other XTRAX events.
